Mediocre. I didn’t like dirty...

Liked: The location was pretty good. The room had all you needed; beds, tv, fridge, microwave and a table.
Disliked: The room wasn’t clean. Floors were dirty. My baby was crawling on the floor for a few minutes and her clothes were literally dark grey. After that we needed to keep her on the bed. Also comforter on the bed had a few hair which I noticed immediately after entering the room. This could mean that it wasn’t washed after the previous guests.

Affordable and comfortable.

Liked: The staff was nice, helpful. The bed was comfortable.
Disliked: I didn't like the noise from other guests, but the hotel can't help that.
