Disliked: Absolutely disgusting hotel, filthy, advertised as none smoking but that is 100% not the case, the whole place reeks of cigarettes and weed. The room was a disgrace with burns everywhere and holes all over the curtains. My daughter and her friend felt threatened and unsafe and had issues with their asthma and allergies as soon as they went in. We called Booking.com customer service and they were no help at all despite having a policy the states if the room is not as described they will issue a refund and relocate you.... none of this was done or seemed possible. We got our own refund and found a new hotel ourselves. Dont stay here!

It was good overall

Disliked: The bed, are not that comfortable. The rooms need to have iron and even a small fridge.

Liked: Always a great experience staying here. The hotel is located in a convenient location which is helpful if you’re not driving. I’ve had zero issues staying here, the staff are always accommodating.
Disliked: Nothing not to like.

Lady at the front desk...

Liked: The lady at the front desk that checked us in and out was amazing and super friendly.
Disliked: At 8am there was a knock on our door and someone wanted to come in and check to see how the room was cleaned the day before and only wanted to check under the bed. Thought that was really strange and should have been done after it was cleaned.
