Disliked: Everything. The room was depressing, small and it was so loud that we could not sleep the first night and had to stay another night (April 11-12, 2025) just to get one good night sleep. Two bus loads of middle school looking kids arrived at 5pm on April 10, 2025 and acted like loud wild animals until 4am on April 11, 2025. This is the reason we stayed a from April 11, 2025 and checked out on April 12, 2025. When we checked out the manager on April 12, 2025, verbally abused using extremely vulgar language towards my 84 year old mother (who recently had a stroke) and made physically threatening gestures towards her. I witnessed this myself after waiting in the car for an extended period of time and decided to go inside the lobby to see what was taking so long for my mother to return the key cards and get the invoice. Another male employee made physically threatening gestures towards myself and my mother as well. We are working with the Motel 6’s Corporate Legal Dept. concerning this matter and have been advised to file a police report. We are holding off on the report until Motel 6 is finished with their investigation.I have attempted over and over to contact Booking.com with my reservation number and PIN code to speak to a person today and the automated response was they could not find the reservation for (April 11-12, 2025) we also stayed the previous night (April 10-11, 2025). I received an e-mail from Booking.com today asking if stayed at that property on April 11, 2025 because the motel is denying we stayed there.Booking.com should NEVER work with this property again, it was a complete nightmare both nights we stayed there and criminal activity occurred against us by the manager and her employees.

Disliked: Susie front desk rude and mean to women but nice to men. Watch her on video. Never again will I stay here after 5 years ....Beds are so bad the floor I rather sleep in car. Loud music and people yelling. Homeless all over.

Liked: Susie has been the rudest woman that works front desk. She will put me by loud people even when I say I'm tired need quite. Then she told me I was disgusting
Disliked: See above Someone stole phone cord so I could not call to ask people to stop moving chairs above me. The shower so small I'm 5'8 135 and barely fit the shower curtain broken water all over floor. No microwave boo... Next time I save $350 and stay in my car my seats more comfortable than crappy beds. -10 star Run don't walk away. Buyer beware.
