Disliked: Need more clean And better odor, needs some repair too.

Liked: Given room on ground level.
Disliked: Currently suffering with hip problem. Made reservations several days before requesting handicap room, and received confirmation it was reserved. On arrival at 5pm - no room and it was claimed a housekeeping issue. Toilet difficult to use as so low and no grab bars or anything to hang onto in shower. A safety issue for me!

When I am in Spokane...

Liked: The Employees are always welcoming as well as eager to assist with whatever my needs intel. Love that having my pet/pets at no charge makes it stress free and Something else i don't need to worry about.
Disliked: n/a

Disliked: Common areas were filthy, carpet smelled like a frat house and there were more homeless people in the parking lot than probably paying guests in the motel.
