Disappointing

Good, clean, convenient and some...

Liked: I was really impressed that the breakfast included orange juice and apple juice and fresh apples. This was an unexpected touch that is not always found at other similar establishments. Thank you so much. Also, having a larger refrigerator than just a mini was really cool. The laminate type hardwood floors gave the room a really clean look
Disliked: I do not know why that some hotel chains do not put an envelope in the room for housekeeping tips. Maybe the management feels it is too pushy or unprofessional. However, that reaction is more about the guest. I hope you reconsider.

Most horroble hotel stay ever!!!

Liked: There was NO breakfast!!! No hot water; no phone; tub was filthy!!!
Disliked: Place is in a seedy part of town... scary!!!; Tub was so dirty, we did not take a shower!!! No breakfast; no hot water to shower

Disliked: Our room was not clean. The bathtub was gross, the sink was not working, water took forever to drain. The location looks almost abandoned. Not a pleasant experience.

Disliked: There was no hot water in the room & the check in area was stinky.

Comfortable, clean with easy access...

Liked: Very, very clean. Really warm (needed as a Texan cold snap). Very fast WiFi. Fantastic restaurant next door (Sutton County steakhouse). Breakfast available but did not have it.
Disliked: Seemed slightly seedy with no-one available at reception and a phone number to call (difficult as mobile phone package did not include US calls). The guy saw us there after some time, and came over. He was super friendly and supplied an extra blanked - that was needed.
