Liked: The location was the only thing this hotel had going for it.
Disliked: The security bolt was broken, the toilet didn't flush, and the shower didn't drain. The floors were dirty, there was hair on the "clean" towels, sand in the shower, the bed made loud metal twangs when you moved. And i asked for connected rooms on booking and called the hotel to confirm. They said they could do that, but when we checked in, they said sorry they couldn't make that happen. When i tried to call about the dirty room, there was no answer at the desk. When we checked out and told the desk about our issues, they denied everything without investigation. Additionally, the people behind us in line stated they had similar issues. The corporate office called us to help out, and they tried to get us a refund or discount, but the hotel still wouldn't make anything right with us.
