Disliked: Elevator broken for 2 days of stay. Was on 3rd floor, mildly handicapped walking up and down very difficult.. Also required a 60 dollar refundable charge that was not mentioned while booking!

Liked: Comfortable bed but that’s about it
Disliked: We booked 2-3 months ahead, when we arrived the guy told us that our room was canceled even though nobody called or emailed us letting us know and our booking was reserved by credit card. He told us there was no more rooms available that we booked and he only had one room left but it was a smoking room and the tv did not work.. we had no other choice so we accepted.. we were supposed to only pay $71 after my booking.com discounts and since they gave our reserved room away we ended up paying $94. Very disappointed and don’t understand how they wouldn’t have our room when it was booked 2-3 months ahead and reserved with a credit card. The worker was also very hard to understand and talking quietly and gave us a weird look when we couldn’t understand him as if we were dumb. Wouldn’t ever book here again because I now know my room won’t be guaranteed even if it’s reserved months ahead with a credit card. Do not recommend the area is also bad with lots of homeless people walking around.
