Disliked: I was VERY surprised to find out this hotel no longer offers ANYTHING but a bed, one towel, one hand towel, & one washcloth. They no longer offer in room fridge, microwave, or coffee maker. Had I known NEVER would've booked here!!!!!!!

Liked: Bed bugs, all rooms smell like smoke; someone wiped they’re butt with the towel, the bed sheets were never changed. The reception is like a prison cell.

Liked: My husband and I walked in to the room.& It smelled really bad . There was something splattered throughout the room on the walls like maybe food or puke im not sure it was dried .and the floors were dirty . There was blood on one of the pillow cases and I mean. Not like a drop of blood bug a couple streaks of blood on the pillow and it wasn't a stain it was fresh blood is what it looked like .it wasn't nail polish or lip stick it was blood I went to call office but phone didn't work , the door appeared to have been kicked in and the door frame had been busted up . The safety latch on the door was gone . The air conditioner u could see the outside almost all the way around if.. I made a list of things went to office and they said no refund and that was what I get or nothing at all . So I didn't like anything about this place it's disgusting and needs new management

Disliked: It’s not safe on Friday and when u tell the person in charge he will kick u out on the streets even if you’re traveling for work

Disliked: Staff is rude and unresponsive to guests. They are both abrupt and confrontational. Need somw training on basic communication and customer relations
