Liked: Gracie at the front desk when we checked in was amazing. She was very helpful and friendly!!
Disliked: The lady the next morning was a bit stand-offish and short. The toilet in the first room we received was broken and had feces in it with no water to it to flush it. Gracie helped get us a new room right away and was very professional about it. Neither bathroom door shut or locked. Luckily for us, it wasn't necessary, but might be for the next guest.

Disliked: Everything. Got to hotel to check in and the door into the lobby was about to fall off its hinges and a window from the lobby was broken as well. I asked for downstairs room due to having jad 5 back surgeries. I was advised the only downstairs rooms they had fid not have a tv. I wasn't worried about not having one. I was assigned to room 108. When I went to check room, the key card wouldn't work. After several tries, a guy opened the door and asked if this was my room. I said yes and that we needed to go to the office. The lady asked him why he was in the room since it hadn't been paid for.him to use. She then offered an upstairs room and I declined. I the requested a refund ( which I did received) and.I left to fi d other accommodations. Din not stay at this location after all
