Disappointing

Liked: Location & it seems to be ok.
Disliked: Needs more cleaning & better sheets with out holes in it. When u pay $80 & up almost $100 it should looks nice.

Out of town stay

Liked: The staff was nice. We had a funeral to attend at 3 pm and we're able to check in the room an hour late. It was also cheaper than the other rooms within the area and 3 minutes away from where the funeral was located.
Disliked: I was not pleased at all with the housekeeping but due to limited time I didn't have time to complain. There were bugs and a roach on the floor so I'm pretty sure housekeeping either did not sweep or failed to sweep thoroughly. The microwave and refrigerator had not been cleaned so I was unable to heat up any food. There was no iron in the room but I blame my husband for not bringing one because I figured there would not be one available. Overall, I appreciate the front desk staff, she was very professional and sweet. The only issue was to have housekeeping clean thoroughly.
