Great value home base from...

Liked: Room was very spacious and generally clean (albeit old). They serve coffee and tea in the morning and you can access hot water anytime if you just ask the front desk. There is a microwave in the common area and the staff are friendly and supply a bunch of complimentary amenities (e.g. travel size shampoo, conditioner, hairdryer, utensils). Towels were clean and the AC unit was very nice. Great value for it's relative proximity to the Grand Canyon
Disliked: There were some minor stains on the sheets. Theres not much storage units in the room. The walls are pretty thin or we just had a really noisy kid above us. The property is not very responsive on booking.com as I enquired about the use of a kettle to no response
