Liked: Convenience to I81 and stores, safe area, clean, friendly staff- perfect for our stop on our way to Maine from Fl. We book every year. Oh and NO pet fee!

Liked: I like the location. It was quiet. It was clean to a point and for most prior to staff was friendly. I’m sure they are very busy at times and they can’t get to everything that needs to be done.
Disliked: My air conditioning unit leaked water and it had a moldy smell to it so I unplugged it and I told them about it and they never came to anything about it and this was not a real problem or issue either my one issue is that my last day there I was charged $20 more than when I was charged any other day there I was charged for a double room and two people when there’s only one and in four days no one came and changed my sheets or gave me fresh towels
