Disliked: The toilet had no cover; there was no shampoo/conditioner; TV was very old; one speaker was broken.

Liked: Staff always courteous and professional. Rooms are always clean and plenty of amenities you might need. Location is right off the Interstate and within walking distance of "Old Town" and many local markets and food venues within a short drive. Look forward to going back soon.
Disliked: There wasn't a microwave in the room but they did have one downstairs where the ice machine was so not a problem at all..

Liked: Some of the staff is nice
Disliked: It is so filthy. So many cockroaches and dust. It also smells like mold. They also come pounding on the door an hour before checkout.

Disliked: Did not like the beds, sleeping on a sheet of plywood and a cheap mattress not acceptable. Two little bars of soap and no shampoo and conditioner not acceptable, no coffee in the room. I felt that I was being taken big time after paying over $250.00 for the night. Forgot to mention no Kleenex in the room and broken drain plug in the sink.

Liked: I have now had multiple interactions with 4 women at the front desk and 3 of them have been great, unfortunatelyI don’t remember their names but they are a girl with freckles, one with glasses, and one with colored hair.
Disliked: I have to stay here a lot and I have now had 5 cockroaches in my rooms all together over only my last 3 stays. For how much money I am/have spent, the amount of bugs and layers of dust and a fee pieces of trash is not okay.

Liked: Location to Temecula Rod Run and old town convenient.
Disliked: The beds are horrible. We had at least 8 rooms ranging from 1-2 nights and the beds are not comfortable. One friend decided to not stay the second night for this reason.

Disliked: Room was ugly, floors dirty, and beds old and uncomfortable. Building looked good on the outside, very disappointing on the inside.
