Liked: It had a bed
Disliked: The staff was rude. There is a mandatory $100 cash only deposit. Didn’t they tell you when you made the reservation. When we asked where an ATM was she said there are some stores around here. Because it was late the inside reception area was closed and the have an ATM inside. The floors in the room were sticky. The hallway smelled of cat urine. There were roaches dead and alive everywhere! If you have plans make sure you checkout leaving enough time for them to contact a maid to check your room to get your deposit back.

It was very enjoyable.

Liked: The fact that the room had a main entrance and sliding glass doors was excellent because it was easy to carry our luggage into the room. We traveled with our pets so it was super convenient. The pool was close and very clean and well-kept. It was conveniently located near all kinds of restaurants and shopping.
Disliked: It wasn't that the room was dirty because it was clean but I have never seen a cockroach before and there were cockroaches in the room. I slept with a bottle of roach killer by my bed. I saw them on the wall and in the bathroom. That was the only complaint that I had about our entire stay.

Liked: That it was very quiet and the beds were very very comfortable.

Bad

Liked: They charged me $100 for a deposit and never refunded me. It's been a month now and they still haven't.
Disliked: That they stole $100 from me

CIGARETTES AND FABULOSO - GHETTO...

Disliked: Everything!! Photos online make it a lot cleaner, better than it is in reality. Lobby was under maintenance - hot, as if ac didn’t work. The lobby restroom didn’t have no toilet paper. Go to my room - walked the stairs to enter the hallway of hell; not even lying - the door was propped open with a piece of bucket or something and the a/c didn’t work. Could hear the people across the hall arguing. Walked into my room to be greeted by the horrific smell of cigarettes and fabuloso, window open and a/c using its last leg to cool off the room…but again! The window was open. We immediately closed it, plugged in a van, and sprayed my perfume; Still strong smell of cigarettes and fabuloso. I was getting a headache and knew my son and I couldn’t sleep here. My son sat on the hard bed to be greeting with a loud clonking and looked under the bed to a big metal rod holding it up. I changed clothes, grabbed all my belongings because I didn’t want them smelling of cigarettes , headed to the concert & never came back. By the way, this was a NON-SMOKING room, at least that's what I paid for. If you’re into no a/c, fabuloso and cigarettes this is the place for you. Otherwise, stir clear…and don’t hesitate to pay a little more for a safe, healthier and cleaner place to rest your head. 0/0 - do not recommend. I wouldn't even let my dogs / cats stay here alone, if they needed somewhere to be safe.

Disliked: The receptionist was rude. I asked for 2 rooms close together and we got 2 rooms in completely separate buildings. I had 2 elderly people and 3 girls. I needed to be close to everyone to lend a hand and I wasn’t. I reminded her that I asked for 2 rooms close together and she said “well it’s already in the system”
