Bad

Disliked: Staff member ended up having my card flagged for fraud by trying to charge me the whole thing at once. After much deliberation and bad customer service he canceled the booking and I booked 2 nights with a debit card in a poorer room with no micro wave and fridge for a much higher rate l. After that I booked at Ramada by Wyndham for the last 9 nights and that hotel is fantastic. The staff also just gavee a number amf did not fix. Please do not stay at the motel it is awful.

I would stay here again...

Liked: The convenience of getting to public transportation and going close by
Disliked: Bed was super uncomfortable, ice machine broken, people smoking pot at the pool

Liked: I liked the A/C and heat comtrols that kept the room at a constant and quiet temp.
Disliked: Grab bar(s) in the bathtub.Softer toilet paper.Cushioned chair seat.

Liked: The young staff at check in and helped me the next day with a demagnetized key was kind and professional. The room was exceptionally clean.
Disliked: There was No WIFI and no cell coverage in my room despite info on this page. This is a major safety issue. The older male staff at checkout was not there when I walked down to checkout so after loading my case I drove over to the office, gave him my key and explained when I tried to checkout earlier and he was.not there and he yelled at me...for hand delivering the key. If I could have gone back to the room I'd double my generous tip. So sad for the housekeeping staff.
