Liked: I liked the A/C and heat comtrols that kept the room at a constant and quiet temp.
Disliked: Grab bar(s) in the bathtub.Softer toilet paper.Cushioned chair seat.

Bad

Liked: The young staff at check in and helped me the next day with a demagnetized key was kind and professional. The room was exceptionally clean.
Disliked: There was No WIFI and no cell coverage in my room despite info on this page. This is a major safety issue. The older male staff at checkout was not there when I walked down to checkout so after loading my case I drove over to the office, gave him my key and explained when I tried to checkout earlier and he was.not there and he yelled at me...for hand delivering the key. If I could have gone back to the room I'd double my generous tip. So sad for the housekeeping staff.

Liked: Staff is great, Melissa in the office and Elsa head housekeeping are two great human beings. Very professional and do above and beyond to make your stay pleasant
Disliked: Ice Machine has not worked in months and they don’t know when it is going to be fixed
