Very poor

Liked: Location good. Grounds clean. Liked the breakfast nook table. Liked the sink area.
Disliked: Atrocious hard bed. TV had no signal, therefore no tv. Floor not very clean. No coffee at 9:15am. Pillows awful. In the morning a mobile tire service came in to parking lot with music blaring. Staircase rail sticky dirty. Door does not close tight. Gap in door/frame.

I should had got offered...

Liked: Definitely a great location! So many places close to eat CHINGADERAS RESTAURANT is the place to eat.
Disliked: One of the staff was very rude!! When I contacted him about the AC not working and he came to my room he got it to work but when I asked if it messed up again could I be moved to another room he said no because it was booked and then I asked if it does mess up then can I get a discount? He was already walking out as if trying to help with my concerns did not matter and his reply back to me was I don’t know ???

Great hotel ...as far as...

Liked: Very close to sap center and very clean rooms ,staff was very friendly
Disliked: Well at about 1 am the tv stopped working i called the office all she said was oh mines not working either maybe just wait we'll that turned into no tv all night And I just wanted to lay down and rest !

Superb

Liked: for a motel 6 this was great. in a clean and friendly area. There weren't a ton of disturbances or people partying like they do at other locations! Overall it was a decent room and better than I expected.

Horrible customer service and not...

Liked: The price and location.
Disliked: Upon walking in there was a piece to a condom wrapper on the floor, the tables were sticky with cup marks on there. Also I am disabled and had not realized I did not request a handicapped room. I asked if I could get a bottom floor room and informed no. The only way was to pay extra but was previously told no floor level rooms were available. My key card deactivated 3 times I had to walk up and down the stairs. Again I am disabled and use a cane for mobility issues. No sorry just attitude.

Liked: I liked location.
Disliked: Hard pillows and bed should be softer. Needed towels and pm staff didn't have access to towels or any on hand. I asked you don't have key to room for towels.No he said.also my room keys for 223&224 were deactivated had to get new ones.Then later coming back after draft party at SAP center one of the keys stopped working.When at motel 6 in Pismo Beach next to beach we always have no problems.
