Disliked: Dirty rooms unchanged bedding our beds and pillows and lots of hair pubic and head

Liked: Only thing I liked about the property is that it was close to where I was going
Disliked: Did not like that I had to continuously talk to the staff about what needed to be done and the staff was rude to me and gave me a hard time I went with my kids. There was no covers on the bed. I sent my son to ask for some they said that there were none there was only two sets of towels in the room. I have three kids plus myself. I sent my children downstairs to get more towels and they only gave them one then the following morning at 7 AM I woke up to my kids screaming in the room because roaches were all over us while we were sleeping they were in the bed. They were on the walls. They were crawling on my son. I took as many pictures as I could and went downstairs and asked the woman how could we be accommodated and she let me know that there was nothing that she could do the only option that we had was to leave and she would give us 50% off I asked her if I could use the 50% at another motel six because clearly I would not come back to the motel six that had the roaches and she claimed that it would only be for that location, which is not helpful to me at all. I then found a complaint and called corporate who tried to handle the situation for me the best that they could she told corporate that I was lying, and that I never showed her proof of the roaches. She would not even look at the videos when I was going downstairs to show her she was very rude and unprofessional, and I am not happy with my stay whatsoever.
