Liked: The staff was very nice.
Disliked: Cleanliness. Unfortunately, my husband got bit at 12AM while we were sleeping and upon investigation we found bed bugs in the bed. Had to shower, pack up and leave in the middle of the night, drive all the way home, disinfect all of our luggage and selves and then drive all the way back the next day for our San Diego event. They have still not issued a refund.

Liked: The locataion is great and the staff here was beyond excellent. The room was a little bit out of shape but for the price and location it was doable. I paid $20 for parking and an additional $5 for some 'tax' they said they needed to charge. I liked that it was pet friendly. That was major.
Disliked: The room key didn't work at first but you apparently need to be quick with it for it to work. There weren't really any amenities except for the use of a microwave and washer/dryer.

Liked: NOTHING!!! Booked and paid for the room and then wasn’t allowed to stay there because the woman at the front desk was on a power trip then sold our room again after being extremely rude and disrespectful to not only me but also to the booking agents.
Disliked: Employee at front desk was a real piece of work. Our car was stolen with my friends wallet inside and even tho room was booked and paid for in MY NAME we were not allowed to stay there because his wallet was stolen with the car. Was a real *****
