Very budget.

Liked: Location was perfect for walkability to Little Italy - great to park my car and not worry about it. Location was also good for easy accessibility to freeways for driving around SD County/SD. When seasonally other hotels raise prices - it’s nice to know that Motel 6 doesn’t play that game. Desk staff were extremely kind and efficient.
Disliked: Place needs some work. Air vent in room was black - I didn’t turn system on for fear of breathing it in. Bathtub had black mold growing in it, and was also chipped and damaged. Hallway carpeting was torn and badly stained. Empty beer cans and cigarette butts left on balcony for entirety of stay - they just padlocked the doors.

Disliked: There was vomit on the only chair in the room and on the side table

Liked: Close to where I needed to be.
Disliked: Did not feel safe to he outside, carpet was disgusting, heard a sound from bathroom all night, parking was not included

Disliked: I had booking of the two rooms from 07 to 10 June, but the provided rooms were very unclean and had very unpleasant smell.The girl on reception refused change the rooms because didn't had others.We immediately made checkout and moved to other hotel. We didn't stay in your hotel even one night.Waiting to get back money for two nights. Hope Hotel will be honest and fair. Not recommend to use this property until will not be resolved the issues with facilities and cleanliness.

Never felt it was unhealthy...

Liked: Location is good. Staff were helpful and friendly. Bed was comfortable, price was good.
Disliked: Window was really dirty, inside and outside. Toilet water made noise constantly, hall carpet looked filthy, A/C was tricky to control and very noisy.
