Liked: Good location; easy to access; friendly employees.
Disliked: Check in time was to be 3PM - I had to wait for over an hour before I could check in. The room had been smoked in and had a bad odor. The shower hot water could not be regulated. Every time water was turned on in another room the shower would scald your body.

Liked: I liked how friendly night shift staff was. I also liked fresh towels and linens upon request
Disliked: I didn't like finding people in the stairwells with garbage surrounding them.

Disliked: Homeless people sleeping under the steps, rubbish everywhere, bathroom ceiling was covered in mould, shower floor was filthy and the door didn’t close properly.

Exactly what we needed

Liked: Convenient location, easy check in, helpful staff. Had some technical difficulties when we first got our room but Alex at the front desk was super helpful and got us to a new room instantly.
Disliked: Quite close to the freeway so it was noisy, as if I had the windows opened. But bring some ear plugs and you're set!
