Completely dissatisfied, horrible location, can't...

Liked: Nothing! It was a total failure.
Disliked: This facility is a disaster. The clerk at the desk was friendly, but aside from that everything was horrible. The rooms were dirty. Both rooms were supposed to be non-smoking, but smelled like an ashtray, and mine literally had cigarette ashes on the floor of the bathroom, which clearly hadn't been properly cleaned. In my 1st floor room the bathroom door had a notch cut into it to allow it to close past the toilet, but if the toilet seat was down the door could not be closed because the notch wasn't big enough. The bed coverings were thread-bare and discolored, the ones in the 2nd floor room were stained. They all looked like they should have been disposed of long ago. Also, the room next to mine looked as though people were living in it, with the door wide open and dogs going in and out, barking at me, while the residents were working on repairing their car in the parking space in front of the room (it was jacked up and it looked like they were replacing an axel hub. I was so utterly disgusted I asked for a refund, but was told they could not accommodate me, so we just left anyway and found a better hotel nearby.

Disliked: The shower head pipe was turned so far that it was almost impossible to get under!! And you could not move it at all! The room was not very well maintained. The floor was dirty in the room.

Disliked: Our room didn't even lock. Dead bolt didn't work. Door looked like someone took a prybar to the door. The heater had no outside cover.
