Disliked: Check in was late even after we called them 4 hours before check in

Liked: Reception was exceptional. Despite our late arrival, and the extremely busy Easter wknd of guests, the front desk gentleman treated us with the utmost respect, courtesy and professionalism. Such a warm welcome, with a smile and good nature made us feel totally at ease. The room was clean, the bed very comfortable, and our request for assistance with the television was fully resolved in minutes. Wonderful.

Liked: Staff was friendly and helpful. The room was very clean which was great
Disliked: There property is dated and the room has that old musky smell even though it was very clean. Make sure you ask for the second floor you can hear every move the people upstairs make.

Terrible front desk guy

Disliked: You need to train your front desk staff. There was no greeting, no smile and no willingness to help
