Disliked: This hotel need to shut down for building inspection. Infestation of roaches every where in the bed on floors walls refrigerator. Ac units not working properly. Rooms smells of animal urine. Tourists pay there money hotel is a ware of the issues. Elevator not working. Repeat roaches is really bad need a blue tent over hotel.

Disliked: It had roaches every where I can't stay there ever again. I mean roaches infestation. This place need help. Need to be totally remodel ac doesn't work elevator wasn't working. Each time I stayed just got worse. It's wrong to take customer's money knowing they have serious issues with the building. Needs to be closed down.

Disliked: Vincenzo frozenatedIt’s a motel so you get exactly what you pay for and nothing more however, upon arriving in my room, housekeeping just walked in without even knocking. 5 min later I was asked to come to the front desk because they mixed up my booking with someone else’s.This can happen and Natalia the manager fixed it accordingly.The night was a shitshow, people in my room next door were yelling screaming and having their tv volume on max. The whole night.When I went down at 6am because I haven’t slept a minute, the girl said she already went to that room to lower the volume and would go and check later on.30min I went back, again the girl didn’t come from her seat in the back office and was busy with her phone, I played her the recording I made from my phone and invited her to come listen from my room.“she couldn’t do anything about it if the guest don’t open the door” instead of sitting there with her phone, she couldn’t at least stand up and apologize for the situation.Instead she said I’m disrespecting here, while in fact she is disrespecting me not dealing with the situation or even apologizing.I think for a motel like this where I can imagine that these kind of situations happen more often the staff in full undertrained.
