Liked: The accommodation was clean, well-located, and even offered room service.
Disliked: There was no prior notice of a one-night pre-authorization charge, leading to issues with my bank’s anti-fraud system while traveling from Europe to the USA, leaving me unable to respond to crucial SMS alerts from my bank. Upon arrival, despite efforts to resolve the matter, my reservation had been canceled, though the booking still appeared valid online.I was eventually accommodated for two nights as originally booked but in a different room with a $9 surcharge, treated as though the error was mine.
