Liked: The woman working was so Nice best customer service I have gotten in a long time
Disliked: I didn't like the room that I was reserving because when I got in the room there was dust all underneath the bed with a little baby sock and there was dirt everywhere on the floor and then the TV was I had a whole like somebody had shot it with a gun or something in the middle of it and like we could watch TV you know

Disliked: Room was dirty. Blood on floor. Shower head leaked all night. Loud

Disliked: Electricity out, had to change rooms. Snow not removed. Guests VERY noisy. Vending machines didn't work.Terrible, terrible experience.
