Liked: The staff were helpful when the wifi wouldn't work at the start of our stay.Overall, it was acceptable for the budget we wanted to spend.It could do with some improvement and maintenance.
Disliked: The door to our unit had a faulty outside door handle, which made entering and existing our unit very difficult. It made us feel a bit insecure. The shower was OK, but just as much water entered the bath from the faucet, as the shower head.

Liked: I wanted to give a big shoutout to Kay for her incredible hospitality. We arrived earlier than expected, and she went out of her way to make sure we were accommodated, allowing my dad to get the rest he needed after a long drive. The rooms were clean, the staff was friendly, and the location is perfect, just steps from the water and all the amenities Lake Havasu has to offer, with quick and easy access to the London Bridge.
