Liked: Able to cancel at no charge.
Disliked: I was afraid to stay there. Dodgy people walking around outside. Called the help desk and was able to cancel the reservation.

Wont stay at that motel...

Liked: Didnt even bother for the bfast room was nasty,remote dint work for the tv,bedding stunk like they dont bother to put clean bedding,restroom door was all mest up
Disliked: Put clean bedding fix the door on the restroom fix the remote to where can change the channels on the tv better mattress

Liked: Dirty bugs in room it wasn’t worth the value. I could’ve stayed at a nicer hotel for the same price that would’ve been clean.
Disliked: You could’ve taken time to inspect the rooms after housekeeping, has supposedly clean them. I worked hospitality for years and after housekeeping is done, your lead housekeeper is supposed to go back and check their work.

10/10 Do not recommend!

Liked: Room was nice size.
Disliked: Online it shows pool is open, which is what I specifically selected in my filters when picking the hotel, wouldn't have stayed there otherwise. First time we asked when the pool would be open and we were told they were waiting for city inspection, second time we asked we were told they were waiting for a part for the pump from China. Things happen, I get it, but don't advertise it's open when it isn't and don't lie to me. Also, couldn't even take the dog out without being asked if I knew where someone could get drugs. Trash everywhere, and had to constantly stomp on cockroaches. Absolute trashiest place I have ever stayed at. Ended up checking out a day early because people were fighting outside the room, and I just didn't feel safe anymore and they refuse to refund me. 10/10 don't recommend to anyone for any reason ever!!
