Disliked: They didnt have a room key for me they ran out. Every time I left and came in I had to ask them to open my door. And no elevator so we had to lug our suitcase up a flight of stairs.

Liked: Everything is perfect and Nicole makes sure my stay continues to be outstanding rooms always clean have everything I need close by it's a great place to stay if you need a good hotel very comfortable and secure and per friendly plus animals stay free that's a plus
