Disliked: Dirty, old, saw prostitutes outside when first arriving, second night the fire alarm went off at 1am for no reason.

Disliked: The bed was uncomfortable the room had roaches and the fridge was small and didn't cool very good. The wall had holes.

Liked: Like the price.
Disliked: Didn't like 3 floor star climbing, outer side not well maintained, leaking water from condensation at AC units growing mildew and mold. Not good for those who have a hard time climbing stairs.
