Liked: They have been amazing towards us... housekeeping always has a smile on their face. Wonderful front end staff, we stay here so much they know who we are.
Disliked: Honestly not much i dont like.

It was a pleasant stay...

Liked: The Motel room was cosy. The heating was perfect for me. The reception staff were approachable. The housekeeping staff, Vissi and his wife, were lovely and friendly people. The microwave and fridge worked without any issues, When booking in, reception staff should inform guests that there is an elevator. We found out through friends who were also staying there.
Disliked: The Motel is not near any shops, gyms, no local amenities. We spent a fortune on Ubers to get everywhere. Not an ideal place if you don't drive! The bed was very creaky and some channels did not work on the television. Although I was told it would get fixed remotely, it never was. Unfortunately couldn't open curtains due to privacy so had to put lights on all the time. Room smelled very strongly of stale cigarette smoke although I had asked for a non-smoking room. Could also smell fresh cigarette smoke coming in from somewhere, maybe the vents. Cigarette burns all over the bedding.
