Shady location no security on...

Liked: Pros the front desk staff very professional and kind towards me and each guest they encountered during my transaction - the place was a bit run down but the room was clean, updated , the beds comfortable bathroom shower got great pressure
Disliked: I had a terrifying experience in your parking lot - at 3:30 am someone began to bang on the exterior doors of the hotel side entrance . He banged on that door continuously until 4:am I know this because I sat up and listened to this noise until it stopped- I needed to leave early because I had a lot of driving - so I got myself and my son ready to leave- we had been instructed by the staff to exit either side entrance and there was the guy waiting - as soon as he say me he began to bang on the door- this was 4am - we didn’t feel safe letting him in - so we went out the other entrance where he confronted and my son - he screamed at me and said I was racist for not allowing him into the hotel- i said go to the front if your a guest I’m not gonna let you in I don’t know you- I kept approaching and my son had to tell him to step back - he said he lives in the hotel - I was one second away from calling the police- I had to jump in my car and speed out of the parking lot fearing for my son and myself- there was no security presence there was no staff that was available- I am so upset I am emotionally traumatized- and I am so disappointed and angry that your hotel would allow a guest to be put in danger this way- if my son had not jumped out behind me -this man would have harmed me - he aggressive and thought I was by myself- and only backed up when he noticed another male - this is unacceptable and I want to know what your going to do- please review your security footage I will be waiting for a response-

Disliked: There was a cockroach in the bathroom, and lots of prostitutes, vagrants, and drug use not just on the road leading up to the property, but around the building and in the parking lot at night. Would not recommend for kids and families.

Disliked: There was druggies crackheads whatever all over outside messed up , doing drug deals , wandering around just messed up, rats running around outside, really bad area . Did not feel safe at all!!! Toilet was loose in bathroom, room smelled like smoke . Just really bad experience and it stated it was 3.8 miles from pnc pavilion and it was actually about 8 miles from it

Priced right for the location,...

Liked: The location and price was was great.
Disliked: The upkeep of the overall property (parking lot) has trash on it. The room was clean , but in need of maintenance, shower curtain rack barely hanging on the wall, water stains on the ceiling, lights not working.
