Good calm and relaxing

Liked: The people that work here are so warmand friendly they even remember my name and refer to meby the first name!
Disliked: lack of extra pillows, and No hangers for a lack of goods or supplies products for the staff to provide to their guests. Especially when it comes to the towels and pillows the staff just is ableto apologize that they cannot accommodate the guests request. Why the hotel owners don’t invest more into the items the hotel needs to provide these little guests requests is beyond me… But when there’s two people in a room with one bed they need more than 1 pillow for themselves!!!!

Disliked: The AC/Heat unit didn’t work properly. The control board seemed to have been damaged. Only a few of the control boards light up when pushed, but I’m still not sure they worked. The remote for the TV didn’t seem to work properly. The BIGGEST problem was the lack of accessible 120 outlets. The only ones I could actually access were by the sink. I use a c- pap, so I need an easy to reach 120 outlet by the bed, on one side or the other. The walls and ceiling transmitted a lot of noise. On the other hand, the price was excellent.
