Liked: Close to shopping center, also the staff was very nice
Disliked: HAD ROACHES , no microwave, wifi connection sucks, roof was leaking, only one light in my room worked.

Liked: The staff at the front desk was pleasant
Disliked: They could not find my second reservation, but the gentleman did accommodate us once I showed him the confirmations on my phone. The room key kept deactivating, and finally, a lady at the front desk told us not to put the keys near electronics or car keys. The cleaning supplies used were way too strong. Our room was never cleaning during the time we were there. I'm not sure if they cleaned after people checked out, but ours was not touch. This hotel used to be exceptional when I stayed when it was named Quality Inn it had an odor throughout the entire building , and there was mold on the ceiling in room 212. One of the beds made a clicking sound every time you move or got off of it

Disliked: Absolutely terrible place. Dirty and smelly. Loud shouting and laughter could be heard all night in the parking lot behind the hotel. When I arrived to check in, the hotel staff member didn’t even greet me — he was on the phone with an earbud in and couldn’t be bothered. He gave me keys that didn’t work, and I had to come back and ask for replacements. He didn’t apologize or say a word to me; he was still busy with his phone conversation. When I asked him to come with me and check if the new keys worked, he simply turned around and walked into another room. The air reeked of marijuana. I booked the room for two nights, but I packed my things and left in the morning, never to return. A night in this hotel costs almost $100 with taxes, but its real value is no more than $35. I would not recommend staying here to anyone. This is one of the worst hotels I’ve ever stayed at.
