Liked: We really like Mornington hotel. This is the second time we have stayed here. The atmosphere in the lobby is comfortable and inviting. The staff helpful and friendly. Breakfast is very good. Location super. We highly recommend this hotel.

Warm accomodation.

Liked: Nice place, full of books also in the restaurant area. Close to public transportation and in a quiet place. Little, but comfortable room.
Disliked: Pay attention to the automatic doors. They open quickly towards you.

Liked: The location was excellent, reception and restaurant staff were brilliant, we loved the breakfast selection and quality
Disliked: Very poor room cleaning standards! The room needs proper cleaning! Meaning, we found hair in bathroom, bed, mattress, carpet. Also found rubbish under the bed. Everything was very dusty. TV’s remote controller was sticky. We stayed for 3 nights and housekeepers never came to empty our bins, we didn’t have any cleaning! When I saw a housekeeper on the corridor on our 1st morning, I asked our room to be cleaned as we went out. The response I got from her was “that’s not my area”! We came back and our room was never cleaned, rubbish was still there and the used towels I left on the bathroom floor was still there. Therefore, I ended up getting fresh towels from their trolleys from the corridor and left the used ones outside of the room throughout our stay each day. Really sorry for the ranting but the housekeeping was a real let down of our stay
