Fabulous friendly hotel in a...

Liked: Very friendly staff. Nice atmosphere, live music in the evenings, the breakfast.
Disliked: The rooms where not as clean as they could have been.

Great location with friendly front...

Liked: The decor and location.
Disliked: Staff wouldn’t leave after saying no to toilet paper on our second day. Had to say several times before she left.

A really great hotel !

Liked: I especially liked the friendly and informal atmosphere in the bar/reception area... which was all the more enjoyable when Jussi popped in for his early evening biscuits. Wonderful !

Exceptional

Nice downtown hotel for a...

Liked: Excellent breakfast, especially the scrambled eggs. The staff was very polite and helpful with everything. The location of the hotel is outstanding, close to all the downtown bars, restaurants and shopping venues, as well as the waterfront. The hotel design is very nice.
Disliked: The room at 18m2 is on par with many double-room options in Stockholm, but still small for the amount of money you pay. It is nearly impossible to not get the bathroom full of water when having a shower.

Not a good experience due...

Liked: The staff excellent, the location very good , the food very good
Disliked: The air conditioning system was quite bad & the room was quite cold at night & couldn’t adjust the temperature after several tries to adjust it but all failed & switched it off but was quite late.

Overall it was good

Liked: Nice location, reasonable price
Disliked: No minibar, no toothpaste

Mornington, not as good as...

Liked: The location is great, close to the center. Staff is friendly and helpful.
Disliked: This hotel has been our regular stay in Stockholm for many years. Sadly it is going down. Furniture starts looking tired. The nice soap in the bathroom has been replaced by an anonymous mediocre brand. Breakfast is not half as good as it used to be. New ownership perhaps? We will probably stay at another hotel next time…
