Morgans Hotel

I think that we were at the wrong place at the wrong time when everything went wrong. We couldn't fault the manager's appreciation of the situation and we look forward to visiting again in two weeks time.

Liked: The building and location.
Disliked: Our room was freezing cold with heating inoperative. Fire alarms active intermittently throughout night; didn't get to enjoy the bathroom as there was no hot water.

Liked: A lovely building in a great central location . Having parking was fantastic. Our room was gorgeous, stylish, quiet and comfortable . The air conditioning was appreciated , the bed was huge and we slept well. Breakfast was delicious. The staff were helpful friendly and professional. If we are in Swansea again we would definitely book a return visit

Liked: Very friendly and helpful staff, made to feel welcome. Comfortable bar. Lovely breakfast. All in all a very enjoyable stay.

Disliked: Breakfast was ok. Nothing special. The room we had was not great. Walls were so thin. Kept up all night by couple next to us and above us. Very disappointed. Did complain at reception the next day. Was given a card and told if we book again we would get looked after. Won't be going back.
