I think that we were at the wrong place at the wrong time when everything went wrong. We couldn't fault the manager's appreciation of the situation and we look forward to visiting again in two weeks time.

Liked: The building and location.
Disliked: Our room was freezing cold with heating inoperative. Fire alarms active intermittently throughout night; didn't get to enjoy the bathroom as there was no hot water.

Liked: Staff were really friendly and accommodating.we stayed in the townhouse which had the newer deluxe rooms which look just like the pictures and was nice. Good room size comfy bed and lush bathroom with tub and shower. good mirrors too. Breakfast was nice
Disliked: As a pretty light sleeper the floorboards creak alot which woke me up a few times from the neighbouring rooms. I could also hear people speaking loudly in the corridors

Liked: The deluxe room was spacious with all the amenities needed including a fridge. The Molton brown shower gel was a nice touch. The breakfast was really good!
Disliked: Air con isn’t amazing on a particularly hot day we stayed also pretty noisy.
