I think that we were at the wrong place at the wrong time when everything went wrong. We couldn't fault the manager's appreciation of the situation and we look forward to visiting again in two weeks time.

Disliked: Our room was freezing cold with heating inoperative. Fire alarms active intermittently throughout night; didn't get to enjoy the bathroom as there was no hot water.

Would recommend this lovely hotel!

Liked: Loved the room in the main hotel. Very large bathroom with both bath and shower. Large TV in the room and two easy chairs! Enjoyed the fresh coffee offered!
Disliked: It was a double bed rather than a King size. Disappointed with the cooked breakfasts! Poached eggs were hard!
