Morgans Hotel

I think that we were at the wrong place at the wrong time when everything went wrong. We couldn't fault the manager's appreciation of the situation and we look forward to visiting again in two weeks time.

Liked: The building and location.
Disliked: Our room was freezing cold with heating inoperative. Fire alarms active intermittently throughout night; didn't get to enjoy the bathroom as there was no hot water.

Disliked: Very hot water came out of both bath taps. Basin tap was in poor condition and had to be forced to turn from side to side. Not sure where the luxury was in our room.
