Location brilliant; nice ambience; very clean; comfortable bed; good breakfast. Very pleasant hotel for a one night stay.

Disliked: A bit tired decor; not too warm.

Overall a very good place...

Liked: Breakfast was good, if a little early. It could close even half an hour later, giving people a chance to get ready before. 9:30 seems a little early to stop serving hot food.
Disliked: Locks on the bathroom doors please.

Was ok, wouldn’t wanted to...

Liked: Location was great, right at the end of Oxford street and beside tube station. Good selection for breakfast
Disliked: I wouldn’t really class this as a hotel, it was just a row of apartments managed by the reception. We had a family room and it was basically 2 camp beds set up in the living area. Windows didn’t really shut properly so was quite noisy at night

Disliked: Five floors and no lift so unsuitable for aged and immobile persons. Nowhere can I find this stated.

Liked: The room needed a little TLC. But clean bedding.... hot water ....nice staff and brilliant location. Would use again.

Quaint, quiet and a good...

Liked: The room was quaint and comfortable. I loved the access to the private patio (shared with the room next door). I appreciated the fridge and used the comfortable airchair and tv. The breakfast options each day were great and the staff was friendly.

Good location and for 1...

Liked: Location was excellent, breakfast good. Room comfortable and bigger than expected with a lovely courtyard.
Disliked: Hotel undergoing refurbishment and room in an annex further up the road, therefore, a walk to breakfast. We were lucky it wasn't raining.
