The staff was not friendly...

Liked: I booked a 2-night stay. They charged my card 3 times for the same 2-night stay. The staff was rude. The toilet was unclean. I asked to change my room, but the lady at the counter replied to me in a very rude manner. She then offered to have toilet cleaned instead. She said someone would come clean it. No one came to clean it. The next day I asked for a toothbrush and toothpaste. A different lady told me it will be sent right up. No one came either. I was mostly upset with the fact that I got triple charged. Once on booking.com, then twice by the hotel for the same amount.

Extremely disappointing. Cannot recommend this...

Liked: This is the fourth and last time I will be staying at this hotel. They removed the front desk check-in. It’s only computers.They no longer serve breakfast as previously on the 15th floor on the terrace. Although it’s booked that breakfast is included. They serve breakfast inconsistently by dropping a bag at your door with yogurt and a banana. I upgraded to a deluxe King studio for this day and it was no different than my previous standard king room. They say it’s greater square feet but basically that’s just the hallway into your room. Not worth the amount charged. Cannot recommend this hotel. Go elsewhere.
