Disliked: Restaurant was closed. Pool really wasn?t on the roof top. It has a roof top view. Security told me bar closed at 6 so I left. When I came back down found out bar was open til 2 am. Looks like he didn?t want me there. Not Hollywood enough. Would ask for a refund but don?t have the energy or time. Will just book across the street next time. Price was lower pool looked nice.

Great design, Big room, Very...
Liked: The room is so big and good design also the location in the best street in LA, bed is so comfortable, bathroom mirror lights is perfect for make up, there is plugs every where, the pool is great
Disliked: I have to schedule for a room cleaning and they only clean the bathroom, it?s like a kid cleaning, they would throw a thing you need but leave a dirty tissues on the table, we stayed for 8 days it was a disaster.There is no self parking and the valet is 60 dollars per night!, uber is around 8 dollars per trip, so just get an uber, I parked on public parking near the hotel it was way cheaper, if i payed 60 dollars per night it would be 480 dollars in total for 8 nights!!

Highly recommend this trusted, yet...
Liked: The Mondrian offered a beautifully-appointed actual one bedroom with a kitchenette (over 700 square feet) at a price that would just about get you a small room with a single bed elsewhere (average 250 square feet). Given that this room is situated in a hotel with all the other amenities offered elsewhere, it's clearly the best alternative on the local market. Also, the service staff throughout were extremely friendly and helpful too.All-in-all, I couldn't recommend the hotel more.
Disliked: The hotel should honor rewards programs from airlines and such, as that's a perk frequent travelers expect and it actually engenders loyalty from customers which is advantageous to the hotel and customer alike.The hotel should also fill the void left by the loss of its restaurant and replace it with another. Whilst it surprisingly had no impact on in-room dining - which was both promptly fulfilled and very adequate in terms of food quality and selection options - it still is noticeably absent from both the options and the ambiance of this otherwise vibrant, upscale hotel.

nice room but had to...
Disliked: we all got sick from catching a stomach virus from the pool and there were building works at the hotel during our stay which was not advertised.

Always a good time at...
Liked: Love the room, just gorgeous, beautiful view of the city. The pool area is also awesome and the lobby is very comfortable.
Disliked: My only issue this trip was that I was not informed before my stay that the restaurant was under construction. I have stayed at the Mondrian many times and the wonderful bar and restaurant next to the pool is a very important part of the experience. So that was a bit disappointing.
