Bumpy start

Liked: Great location, modern and clean rooms, comfortable beds
Disliked: At first we were given a room without a working key card. It was 11 pm, we were tired and had to go back down again just to be told that a member of staff with an actual key had to come up with us every single time when we wanted to enter the room. Why not tell us immediately, why send us up ahead in the first place? We were ready leave for a different hotel then but were offered a different room with a working lock in the end but the experience was completely unnecessary!The room itself was comfortable but there was a sliding door to the bathroom with a one inch gap to the wall. Even as a couple I want to go the bathroom with a little more privacy.

Good

Liked: Comfortable rooms, great breakfast, friendly staff in the bar. Bike rental possible, easy way to get around Berlin.
Disliked: Not very helpful staff in reception area. Got wrong or lacking information on various occasions. With the exception of one person upon our arrival, all other seemed to lack interest.

Liked: Nice rooms, comfortable beds, very nice breakfast, friendly and helpful staff. Good info and tourist desk. Nice that the hotel was formerly an old fact.
Disliked: Very little. Only that the shower head in the bath was loose so I had to careful that it did not spray into the bathroom. Nothing else to add.

Good

Disliked: I love to stay at Moevenpick hotels. This time many things went wrong - even I got an upgrade. In the really spacious room the booked me in, the cleaners left the pillow from the previous guests. Some insects were on the floor (yes it can happen, but it does reduce the the level of experience). The breakfast was good, but not as good as I remember it. It's all still good, so my "complain" are on a really high level.
