Liked: Great location. Cleanliness in the room, cleaning.
Disliked: I wish the hotel had a full breakfast. But I understand that in New York it is normal to have breakfast in a cafe.

Liked: Amazing location near Columbus Circle and Central Park! Rooms were clean. Staff was very friendly.

Liked: big room, clean, very attentive cleaning staff. desk staff were accommodating and thoughtful.
Disliked: window was facing bricks so i couldn't tell if weather was good or not outside especially when it rained a lot. staff in morning assumed i was checking out when i wasn't checking out.

I would definitely stay here...

Liked: The staff were excellent! They were friendly, helpful, polite, and professional. They honestly went above and beyond. The complimentary luggage service was nice. The room was small, but clean. The bed was comfortable, and the location excellent; just around the corner from Times Square, and also walking distance to Central Park. We felt very safe. The parking garage discount coupon was a great deal. The complimentary coffee and hot tea in the lounge was wonderful.
Disliked: The hotel was a bit dark and dingy. The single elevator was slow. We went early for breakfast, but there was only one muffin and croissant left, and they were left in the open for bugs to land on them or other people to touch them and cough on them. Perhaps offering more variety for breakfast, and keeping it contained for freshness. Would be nice if there was an ice bucket in the room, without having to request it.
