Disliked: The location around the hotel can be a bit scary as this quarter is hosting a lot of strange people who are doing strange things. I have not meet a police raid in a long time. The staff is rather indifferent and boarder lining unfriendly. For our check in we had to wait for over 10 minutes because the previous client had an issue. During the waiting time at least 5 different employees walked by. None of them greeted or bothered to open the 2nd check in counter. Rather frustrating experience. The leader of the restaurant team nearly ran over my 3 year old daughter.To access the parking one needs a code, well you only get it at the end of the checkin process. Awesome. Other hotels can handle this online before arrival with a pre registration process (see Novotel in Reims).The building fit out was done with extreme cost focus, so one has paper walls and windows. Creat if you would like to participate in what is happening In front of your door, in the next room or on the street in front of your window.

Disliked: Absolutely unacceptable experience.I booked this hotel expecting a 4-star level of service and amenities, and what I received was far below any reasonable standard. The room did NOT include a refrigerator, iron, hairdryer, or even a working television — all of which were clearly promised on the hotel's Booking.com page.This was not just an inconvenience — it was dangerous. I am a diabetic and absolutely require a refrigerator to store my insulin. When I asked the staff for help, they were completely unhelpful and dismissive. I even sent an email, which was ignored.Spending nearly 900 EUR for 4 nights in such conditions is outrageous. This hotel is a complete scam, misleading guests with false promises and offering none of the listed services. I felt neglected, misled, and frankly, ripped off.I strongly urge Booking.com to investigate this property. No guest should have to go through what I experienced. Avoid this hotel at all costs!

Disliked: Location is dodgy and not that convenient for going centrally.No doors in the room.We asked for a cot but got a bed instead, this was OK eventually but unexpected.The air condition couldn't cool down the room.
