I would stay here again. I stayed because I was going to the LA Opera; however I would like to stay again sometime just to walk around in that area. It was very neat. :)

Liked: Great view; nice location; loved the bathroom; everyone really nice.
Disliked: No robes like promised; room service closed early (morning room service bad); bar small; TV hard to negate.

Exceptional

Liked: Bedding was comfortable. Bidet toilet seat was an unexpected surprise. Included toiletries were excellent quality. Room was larger than expected and nicely decorated.Towels were fluffy And the water pressure in the shower was nice.
Disliked: The Blinds on windows were broken. It made it hard to sleep in in the morning. I would?ve liked it if the breakfast had been included. I really have nothing negative to say. I would definitely recommend this chain of hotels To my friends in the future

I would never stay here...

Liked: the toilet
Disliked: they stole my money , shower leaked, they charged me for parking that I didn?t use. my security deposit was 50.00 more then the large white family checking into 2 separate rooms. for the price they have no amenities, nothing is complimentary and there was mold on our room window. also homeless and intoxicated enter into the main lobby with no problem.

The only place you'll find...

Liked: Toto heated toilet seats. Feels like home!
Disliked: Parking isn't great around there but you can park behind the hotel in the Little Tokyo lot for $12/night. For some reason, the staff told us it was $24/night.

Clean, reliable, and comfortable with...

Liked: Room was spotless, staff was super friendly, helpful, and accommodating when we arrived early and allowed us to check in an hour before. Everything was in working order, sheets were clean and comfy along with the towels and washcloths provided. Bakery on the first floor was the bomb. Location of the hotel is right next to Little Tokyo, and a lot of good eating/drinking places. Solid area.
Disliked: This isn't the hotel's fault, but there were super loud guests on our floor. I passed by their room around 3pm and could hear music blasting and people cheering-- like alright, it's a Saturday afternoon. But god forbid it was on and off from 9pm-3am. It sounded like a club in there. The rooms are pretty soundproof but they were crazy loud. Heard people coming and going, slamming doors, yelling in the hallway. I get it it's a weekend night, but god forbid go to a club instead of being a nuisance to the people trying to rest. It stopped after a while but I guess that's one thing to look out for if you plan on staying here, especially over the weekend.
