Liked: The location was great!
Disliked: The bed, the bathroom, the staff (all but one young lady).

Liked: Helpful staff and llocation was superb for walking or transit. Breakfast was made to order wth wonderful service.

Liked: The best feature about this hotel it's a VERY short walk to Paddington Underground and Station. If you don't want to stay by the airport for a morning flight and you aren't there long, then this is a decent option. Utilitarian for sure.
Disliked: Door lacked an inside privacy lock. Clean but old facility; VERY spartan. I was passing thru; served its purpose. Internet connection slow. Staff is polite, friendly. Decent price for location (sleep, shower & off to the airport).

Liked: very good hot cooked breakfast was included; hotel was very safe & secure; small hotel bar was a PLUS; SUPERIOR double rooms were quite large---especially for london; friendly hotel staff
Disliked: finding out that there were stairs to our room after having chosen a hotel with a lift; i DID however find out that there WERE rooms in the SAME category WITHOUT stairs----but we had already MOVED IN & didn't want to move again! NEXT YEAR !!
