Great location but I wouldn’t...

Liked: Great location
Disliked: I knew the room was going to be small but it felt very claustrophobic. The AC didn’t work properly so the room was very hot. The USB plugs didn’t work, staff provided me with a different plug. The light switches by the bed didn’t work properly.

Liked: It's very well located
Disliked: My room was tiny, it was actually just the bed and then it had enough space to stand or for either open the door of the bathroom or the entry one (not even in Tokyo except for the capsule hotels). Then the window is not an antinoise one with chamber. It was as sleeping on the street and I was in the third floor! Impossible to rest from all the noise of the street, from the bar and motorcycles, cars and trucks in the morning! The bed had the thinnest pillows I have ever seen in my life. They were complete flat and just 2 of them, so I had a sore neck the next morning. If you want to be comfortable and get some sleep, stay away. Also I felt that charging £10 for luggage storage was very abusive. Most hotels offer it as a guest service. I never complain about a hotel but this one needs to be warned about...

Very nice hotel in the...

Liked: Very central and convenient location in the heart of Soho. The hotel is very nice and has a great style. Rooms are small so it’s perfect for solo travelers or for short stays. Personnel friendly and professional.
Disliked: They let you pay GBP 10 per luggage if you need to leave them there pre-check-in or after check-out which I found outrageous.
