Liked: The breakfast was excellent & got us off to a great start each morning. Joseph the chef puts a great effort in laying out an enormous spread all types breakfasts you could want . From full English, cereals , fruit, hot & cold drinks etc. All the hotel staff we encountered & dealt with were super Friendly & responsive. The view from our room had a wonderful panoramic view of Eccles all the way to the distance hills.
Disliked: We had an issue with the hotness of our shower water. It was scolding heat & the mixer did not appear to work properly. I reported this to the reception & they said they would get someone to look at it. When I next took a shower unfortunately it was still extremely hot. I only stayed 2 nights but if I was staying longer or on a business trip this would have been very disruptive & I would have wanted to change rooms.

Disliked: The beds and mattress were so old it was not possible to sleep..the carpet was so dirty it's smelled of sweat..my family and I had the worst sleep ever!
