Built in 1879 the pretty Millfields Hotel is just a 5-minute drive from the coast. It has free fitness and spa facilities an art deco bar free parking and free Wi-Fi. The hotel was perfect, the...

Liked: After a last minute booking due to a disaster at the original hotel we had booked this place was perfect! We liked how helpful, friendly and welcoming the staff were. Sophie, Maria and Tracy were all excellent and made our stay even better. The hotel room was very clean and comfortable. The evening meal was beautiful and the breakfast too. We will definitely be back.
Disliked: There was nothing we didn’t like it was perfect.

Relaxing and enjoyable

Liked: Due to a medical condition and change to my original plans, the weekend did take a bit of a downward turn. However the staff went over and above in every way. They couldn't have been more helpful. Bar/Restaurant staff were wonderful. I am rather tempted to make another trip to Grimsby, just so that I can stay at the Millfields and see the staff again.
Disliked: The traffic lights at the exit which I kept ignoring as I didn't see them till Sunday Morning.
