Peaceful hotel in grimsby

Liked: Liked the bathroom. beds, big carpark, helpfulness of staff, good varied breakfast, overall cleanliness .
Disliked: There were a few steps up to reception, but they did rush to offer to carry my wheeled bags in, without being asked and there's a bell to press for disabled access. It's a mile or 2 from seafront, but quiet and ok if you have a car

Liked: Room was nice and easy parking

Comfy and friendly

Liked: Stayed in one of the annex rooms, whilst at first glance it doesn’t look up to much the room is very large, bathroom is a great size, bed was comfortable and a desk fan is provided.
Disliked: Not a dislike but a more adequate place to mention the ‘issue’. Breakfast service wasn’t the fastest but the reasons were understandable, most if not all the guests arrived within the same time frame, that’s going to put strain on the staff/kitchen, the lack of understanding, back handed compliments and general attitude of some guests was astounding, truly awful. The staff did what they could with what they had and in all the breakfast was very nice.

Enjoyable and Value for money.

Liked: Breakfast was excellent, good quality, choice, and hot. The staff were amazing nothing too much trouble friendly and informative while maintaining their professionalism.We had an excellent stay and will return!
Disliked: The view from our room at the rear of the hotel, however being further from the road it was quiet, and cooler in warm weather which it was (they provide a fan in the room).

Liked: Stayed at Millfields several time. Lovely hotel. Good location . Friendly staff. Plenty of parking. Room was clean. Comfortable bed. Thank you

Hotel is a little tired...

Liked: Breakfast and evening meal excellent. Alter an evening meal to a salad for me and catered to dietary requirements.Bar goods and helpful staff.Big car park, and staff walked us to room in complex away from hotel.
Disliked: Would have been good to know we couldn't exit hotel until after a fun run had taken place BUT we still left when we planned to.
