For the price I paid, it would have been nice to have a clean bathtub, or even empty trash cans instead of the previous person's trash. The electrical outlets did not even have face plates. The carpet throughout the room was dirty and frayed. No refrigerator; no microwave; no coffee or any food choices within the hotel. Walking into the lobby I was impressed and felt bamboozled after riding 20 floors in the rickety death trap of an elevator and then walking into what looked like a 'pay by the hour' cheap motel. The employees were not courteous nor knowledgeable. The additional $50 I had to pay for parking considering upon booking I was told there was free valet parking made it a completely disappointing experience. The final question I asked before leaving was 'when will the $100 deposit be returned to my credit card?' The response was ' I couldn't tell ya, but probably within the next couple weeks.' To sum it up any other hotel in the area has to be better than this place.
Liked: Location was close to everything.
Disliked: Dirty; no amenities; rude employees.

Liked: The location is very good.
Disliked: The lobby promises a level of quality that my room, at least, did not deliver. Average at best; somewhat run-down and overly basic at worst.

The staff, from the front desk, to the doorman, were all wonderful - friendly, helpful, pleasant, and polite. The location of the hotel was perfect. It was clean and comfortable. A nice place to stay.
Liked: Great location and friendly, helpful staff.
Disliked: No refrigerator, microwave or coffee maker in the room.

Not worth the money you...
Liked: Location A minute walk from Times Square.
Disliked: It’s an old hotel.Lobby and corridors are dark Lift makes noise like a plane about to takeoff Coffee maker facility in the room is rubbish. You will get a clean room but They don’t come and clean your room every day, they will clean once you have checked out. The hotel owner probably does not want to spend any money on it to improve the quality and facilities. Other than location, everything else about this hotel is just passable.

Good
Liked: Location was great and the view was fantastic from the high floor.Staff were lovely.Right next to Starbucks for a decent morning coffee.
Disliked: There was no restaurant or room service available. There was no kettle- just a coffee machine that used bags and no milk provided. The bath really needed a non-slip mat. I nearly fell out while taking a shower.

Liked: Location
Disliked: The charge you for $100 a night as a deposit and you have to chase them to get it back. We’re already back in our home country and instead of refund the deposit the charge you twice First and you have to contact them to get your money back
